What is FoxyWire?
FoxyWire is the only one stop, plug and play integration between FoxyCart and Shipwire - plug and play, no hassles. Just point your FoxyCart datafeed at FoxyWire (we'll give you a personalized URL) and input your Shipwire API information - FoxyWire does the rest. Each time a customer places an order on your FoxyCart store, FoxyWire will receive the order, run quality checks to make sure there are no errors, then send the order along to Shipwire for fulfillment.
How Does FoxyWire Work?
FoxyWire acts as a connector and translator between FoxyCart and Shipwire. FoxyWire accepts orders from FoxyCart's API and checks them for "shipability". All items that are shippable are then translated into a format Shipwire can understand, then transmitted to the Shipwire API for fulfillment according to the options set in your Shipwire account. You will be able to view all these transactions in FoxyCart, FoxyWire, and in Shipwire.

Is FoxyWire secure?
Because FoxyWire deals only with shipping information, we never even see your customers' payment information. All FoxyWire retrieves from FoxyCart is each order's shipping information and product line items. FoxyWire then processes that data and relays it to Shipwire. All data transfer from FoxyCart and Shipwire is encrypted, and any data FoxyWire collects is held on a secure server.
What Tools are Available for Debugging?
FoxyWire provides a full and transparent XML audit history of all orders received from FoxyCart and transmitted to Shipwire. Simply log into your FoxyWire account and select "View Orders". You'll be able to search for and view the exact contents of any order that has flowed through FoxyWire.
How Does FoxyWire Determine What Items are "Shippable"?
FoxyWire respects the per-item settings you have configured in FoxyCart. FoxyWire considers items in categories with product delivery options of "Live Shipping Rates" and "Flat Rate Fee" as shippable, while items flagged as "Downloaded", "Picked Up", and "No Shipping" will not be transmitted to Shipwire.
